Absolutely fantastic experience! Had gotten a nail in a tire picking up my child from school. So what could have been awful turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Professional service and extremely wonderful customer service! They were very thoughtful and kind with my six year old there, and had me fixed up in 20 minutes. And didn't charge me a dime for the patch. A truly wonderful, professional crew here. I will remember this in the future :) 10/10

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. They made sure I understood what was going on with my car, which I really appreciated. I was able to get the majority of my car issues taken care of, and overall, I’m happy with the service I received. Thank you for the great customer service!

Excellent service; I had a flat tire, and "Big Brand" repaired it and they didn't charge me for the repair or the tire rotation. Their customer support and communication are also excellent. It was a great experience, and I recommend them to everyone.

My service advisor, Ishmael, arranged for a free puncture repair to my tire. Thank goodness the puncture was in the repairable area. They were quick and they texted me when my vehicle was ready.

I came in because another store near my business location made me wait 2 hours 1/2 only to tell me they would not repair my tire. I went straight to Big Brand because I've always had great experiences with this brand and they didn't disappoint. The team was helpful and diligent and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Great customer service and a team I felt I could trust. I will need new tires very soon; they got my business!
