I had just started a 4 hour drive and the car alert system in the rental I have let me know one tire had a slow leak. I tried to add air but it wouldn’t keep so I needed to get it fixed. The closest place was Big Brand Tire & Service. I pulled in and Andrew, the store manager, got me in right away. They found a nail in a spot that couldn’t be repaired so the tire needed to be replaced. Andrew notified the rental company and got approval to replace the tire. He kept me informed along the way and had me on the road within an hour. I appreciate the help and service.

I had a really great experience here and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everyone was friendly and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of.
