Best place if you need to fix a flat tire. Great service and really nice people.

Roger and the staff there are exceptional would give more stars if I could

Been here several times. Memphis the service advisor is always on top of things. Friendly, energetic, gets things done, never a bad attitude. Would recommend this place to others.

Very good service and knowledge staff, I'm very satisfied with the the services done.

Big Brand saved me once again! I had a complete flat from a giant screw/nail in my front left tire and the rep was able to assess and told me it can be fixed with patching with no tire replacement needed and…… free of charge!!! I was shocked and so pleased. Customer service was excellent and they notified me the moment the car was ready for pick up within a few hrs! Best ever and def recommend!

What a great place. One tire was going flat but I thought I might need all 4 new tires per what the dealer told me last time I was in there. I went in to Big Brand expecting to get 4 new tires but Roger said I have 15000 more miles on them. They patched the one tire at n/c and advised I come back in 5000 miles for tire rotation at n/c. Really great experience, I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely go back when I am in need. So happy to have found a place I can trust.
