First of all Thanks to Ozzy and Liz for making my experience smooth and hassle free eventhoug I bought my tires online through a third party and I picked their establishment to installed my new set of tires.Took care of me and answered all my questions. He told me minimum of 2 hours for the wait time due to other customers were there before me being helped. In an hour and 30 (or less) got all my new tires set up and they did some inspections also. They showed me that my only issue was the thread on my tires are low and they didn't push anything like any other services needed. Yeah they suggested that tire alignment is needed. So in 2+ hours tire installed plus wheel alignment. Fast service and professional manner, Price for the alignment was decent too. Thanks again Big Brand Tire & Service.
