This shop goes above and beyond for their customers. They were willing to repair my flat tire at the end of their Sunday shift. I couldn’t get my car to them until after hours, but they prioritized my repair and had it done the following morning and let me know before I even had a chance to call them. And the repair was free! They also would have had my exact tire same day if we’d needed to replace. I will definitely call them when anyone in my family is in the market for new tires. Very highly recommend!

My experience with Bid Brand Tires was amazing. I discovered a flat tire on my car in my garage on Friday afternoon at 3:00. There was no spare tire so I had the car towed to the Bid Brand shop in Sebastopol by 515. The tire was not repairable and they didn’t have a replacement tire in stock. So they ordered a tire and they had it in and installed by 2:30 on Saturday. Amazing.

The techs are friendly, informative, professional, and efficient. I put a lot of miles on my car and it’s great to be able to stop by and keep my lubricant to my engine on point and the rig happy. Thanks team. I’ll see you in 4000 miles… In my case, that means I’ll see you in seven weeks.
