Today, I almost cried happy tears at the kindness I was shown! I spoke with someone on two separate occasions about the cost of tires, had brought the exact amount I was priced. Upon picking up, it was substantially more than what I was told and the man ringing me up was trying to figure out why. Come to find out, they had one tire there and ordered three from another store. When they gave me the cost over the phone, they had failed to realize the quote given was for just those 3 tires they were ordering. After adding an ongoing discount (on the three) the total was only for those three plus a discount. As I stood there with a handful of $5 bills (times are rough) and exactly the amount I was told, he was able to see it was his error that he hadn’t caught and honored that price. I would recommend them 10/10 times because they honor what they say and it’s hard to find businesses who stand by their word.
