Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Austin, TX 78750

Fast and friendly service!

I was at first hesitant to try a new shop.. but I actually made the right decision. Terry and the crew made it absolutely easy and flawless. I got four new tires and sensors. The price quote he gave me was very good ... so i went ahead and I had him doing oil change for me as well! I really appreciate you guys I'll definitely send people your way. Great job team! Thanks again, Michelle

I had an amazing experience at Big Brand Tire!!! Went in for a sensor issues on my tire and Dusten was so helpful and kind. He went over and beyond to make sure things were just right!!!

Luis was great helping out he knows what he is talking about, and was able to get me back on the road so quickly. Informing me of the promotions they have going on at the store and making sure nothing was wrong with my vehicle. Not like the other shops that try really hard to upsell me things That I do not need for my vehicle. My experience with Luis was 10 out of 10 i will definitely be coming back. And I'll make sure he is the one to help me out again i couldn't recommend anyone else so if I were you , I would come into the shop and ask for luis

Great service. Had a 10 am appointment. They started promptly at 10 and by 10:30 i was back on the road again. Very professional and a pleasant experience all round.

Brought my vehicle in for a flat repair and the team had me back on the road faster than expected. Honest communication, no aggressive upselling, and fair prices. Highly recommend them to anyone needing tire work or maintenance! Luis and Austin where the best people to work with getting me back on the road also letting me know their promotions going on at the moment I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to go to this location and I will definitely be back. They have one a new forever customer.
